My teaching Path

My teaching style is mainly influenced by my Teacher Lénok - a Chromatic Yoga teacher. Chromatic Yoga describes a yoga style that offers a highly intentional class with good anatomical knowledge to build awareness towards the student's body and mind. During my journey of teaching, my style was influenced by teachers I appreciate. Christina Bruns and Stephanie Jacoba (Vienna) influenced my way of assisting students. Talia Sutra (Israel) and Tony Lupinaci (Lissabon) taught me how to find a deeper connection to myself using the method of flexibility and establishing a grounding routine of meditation. Currently, I am training with Simon Park (Munich), Klara Puski (Paris) and Susan Michel (Munich) for an advanced 300h Training. Sharing knowledge unconditionally and bringing more awareness towards clients' bodies and minds is one of the main goals.

PRACTICE WITH ME

Open Classes

I started my teaching experience with Vinyasa Flow classes. This is where I feel most connected to my students. In my Vinyasa classes, I focus on bringing different kinds of humans together while moving consciously through our breath. Guiding us with my voice and music by lifting everyone's potential.

"During your classes, I forget about everything. I lose myself in your voice and sequences; you make me lose the moment by connecting traditional Yoga with a very modern Vinyasa Style". Claudia, Yoga Teacher.

One-on-one

In private classes, the focus lies on you. Depending on your physical and personal goals, I will create a unique class based on your request. I combine anatomical knowledge of movement in a Vinyasa Flow to get your body moving to the rhythm of your breath.

“Due to Mariam's very pleasant way you will feel perfectly at ease during her private session. Her anatomical knowledge gives you the feeling of guidance as well as dealing with individual problems.” Julia, Client

Company Yoga

I have been teaching companies for three years now. I have experienced people from different backgrounds with different levels of awareness towards their minds and bodies. As a yoga teacher, I feel compelled to increase awareness of a better work-life balance due to the prevalence of individuals with high levels of stress, leading to an unhealthy balance. Therefore, I feel that teaching yoga is pivotal to building awareness for my students, allowing them to navigate through the waves of their lives.

“Mariam has taught us yoga for two and a half years. Her passion for yoga, lightness and positive nature greatly enrich our daily work.” - Bianca Busetti, Co-Founder and CPO Journi

Connect to yourself.

As a Teacher I want to help individuals discover their own potential. Using techniques like Dhyana (Meditation), Breathwork (Pranayama) and Movement (Asana), clients can built a fundament which leads to more awareness and freedom with in their bodies.
