Whether you're looking for a private one-on-one session, a corporate class to bring balance into the workday, or tailored support for specific needs—like athletes, beginners, or those recovering from injuries—I offer yoga that meets you where you are. My approach is adaptive, supportive, and grounded in the principles of Vinyasa flow, with attention to alignment, breath, and individual goals. Sessions are available both in-person and online, giving you the flexibility to practice wherever you feel most at home.
