I'm not your typical nutritionist who hands you a strict meal plan, counts every calorie, or tells you exactly what to eat and what to avoid. That’s just not my style.

Instead, we'll start by looking at you, your current situation, your lifestyle, work schedule, food preferences, and daily routines. From there, we’ll build something sustainable together.

The goal isn't short-term restriction, but long-term transformation rooted in your life, not someone else’s template.

I truly believe lasting change begins when we start taking ourselves seriously. Not through judgment, but through respect and acceptance for exactly where we are. No matter your age, past experiences, or habits you've built along the way, I believe you’re capable of meaningful, empowering change.

To book a nutrition consultation, please use the contact form above for a first 30 min free call.

All appointments are online only via google meet, please ensure you have zoom downloaded and ready for your session.

Upon successfully booking you will receive a confirmation email, this will include a client intake form that needs to be filled out prior to your appointment. Please note, appointments are not confirmed unless prepayment has been made.

If you require an appointment outside of the available clinic times please email through to mariam.alemi@outlook.com.

Cancelation Policy

Please note that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. Failure to provide this notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the scheduled appointment. This, in consideration for others, allows me to schedule in patients from my waiting list. Cancellation day of appointment or no show appointments will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

1. What can i Expect from a consultation ?

Our first session is a deep and honest look into your lifestyle, eating habits, goals, and concerns. From there, I create a personalized plan to support your body and mind tailored to your needs, preferences, and rhythm of life.

3. What areas of health can you help with?

I work with a range of goals from improving digestion, energy levels, skin, and mood to managing emotional eating, supporting hormonal balance, or simply feeling more at home in your body.

5. How long does it take to see results?

Every body is different. You may notice early changes in energy or digestion within a few weeks, while deeper shifts like hormone balance, mood stability, or weight regulation take more time. We focus on long-term, lasting results - not quick fixes.

7. Can you work with allergies, intolerances, or health conditions?

Yes, your unique needs are always taken into account. Whether it’s gluten intolerance, PCOS, IBS, or another condition, I’ll adapt your plan to support your health and comfort, and coordinate with your healthcare provider if needed.

9. Is this approach evidence-based?

Absolutely. I combine modern, research-backed nutrition science with a whole-person view of health looking at how food, lifestyle, stress, and emotional patterns all work together.

2. How is this different from seeing a dietitian or doctor?

As a integral nutritionist, I don’t diagnose or prescribe medical treatments. Instead, I support you through food education, lifestyle guidance, and mindset shifts that work alongside your current health plan. Many clients work with me in addition to their GP, naturopath, or therapist.

4. Will I have to follow a strict meal plan?

No. This is not about restriction, it’s about awareness. You’ll receive flexible food guidance and nourishing ideas, but I’ll never hand you a rigid plan. Instead, I’ll teach you how to fuel your body in a way that feels intuitive and sustainable.

6. What happens after the first consultation?

After our session, you’ll receive a personalized wellness plan and recommendations for your next steps, whether that’s my beginner or advanced coaching path. We’ll continue to meet regularly (online or in person), track your progress, and adjust as needed.

8. Are your consultations available online?

Yes! All sessions are available virtually, no matter where you live. You’ll also receive follow-up notes, supportive resources, and WhatsApp support between sessions.

10. I don’t know where to start. What should I do?
