About me
Movement has always
β¦been part of who I am. I started swimming when I was just four and kept movingβliterallyβthrough different sports over the years. I was always chasing that adrenaline rush. So for the longest time, yoga wasnβt really on my radar. I didnβt think it would give me that same spark. Turns out, I was totally wrong.
When I finally gave yoga a try in my mid-twenties, it opened up a whole new world. It wasnβt about speed or intensityβit was about slowing down, tuning in, and really being with myself. Sitting in stillness with my thoughts and emotions? That was a whole new kind of challenge. But it taught me so much. Iβve come to love how yoga helps me connect to my body and also gives me the kind of release I didnβt know I needed.
For me, movement is medicine. Itβs how I heal, reset, and come back to myself. And when I pair that with my love for nutrition and wellness, it all just clicks. Iβm grateful I get to share both of these passions with you.
i want to help You feel
β¦good about yourself, be comfortable in your own skin, and learn to fall in love with your daily life. Learning to be kinder to ourselves and finding inner peace is what truly allows transformation and growth.
Itβs not about obsessing over numbers on a scale or clothing sizesβitβs about the happiness that comes from within, shaping the way we see ourselves and how we present to the world.
My favorite quote, "What youβre not changing, youβre choosing", represents so much strength for me. Take the first step, and you will feel the change.
I truly believe in the power of transformation, no matter where you are in life. My goal is to help you feel strong and confidentβinside and out.
Nutrition & Wellness
As the daughter of Afghan parents,
β¦my connection to food began long before my studies. I grew up watching my mother start nearly every dish with turmeric, offer me fenugreek seeds for menstrual pain, and brew green tea with cardamom each night for its soothing digestive effects. She grew much of our food herself and passed on her deep-rooted knowledge of its healing potential.
Today, as a nutritionist, I bring together the science I studied over six years with the traditions I lived. Itβs this blend of evidence-based knowledge and ancestral wisdom that shapes the way I guide othersβhonoring both the body and the story behind every meal.
