Homemade no sugar granola

Ingredients

  • 624 g oats

  • 320 g nuts & seeds ( almonds, hazelnut, walnut, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • dash of vanilla extract

  • 340 g honey ( add more if you need more sweet)

  • optional 160 raisins/ cranberries/ dark chocolate chips

  • coconut flakes

How to ?

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a baking tray with parchement paper

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients

  3. Mix well

  4. Pour the Granola onto your prepared pan and use a large spoon to spread it in an even layer.

  5. Bake until lightly golden prox. 20 min

  6. Let it cool! The Granola will further crisp up as it cools. Add the coconut flakes.

  7. Break the Granola into pieces with your hands if you want to retain big chunks, or stir it around with a spoon if you don`t want extra-clumpy Granola

  8. Enjoy it with greek yoghurt and some berries!
