Eat intuitively - get to know yourself and your body

Have you eaten out of boredom today? The overabundance of food and the enormous stimuli we are exposed to daily do not make it easy for us to listen to ourselves and our needs. We often can no longer distinguish whether we are hungry or trying to compensate for something. As a result, we divide food into “good and bad” or even impose restrictions on ourselves. In this workshop, I want to show you how to get better access to your eating behaviour to be able to consciously perceive what you and your body need now.

This includes:

  • Understanding our hunger and satiety system

  • The influence of hormones

  • The psychology behind eating (causes and reasons, eating disorders)

  • Learning tools to build awareness
